1. What is Bratsway and what do we sell?
Bratsway is a lash company that currently sells 25mm mink lashes and lash tools.

2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 3-4 days AFTER you place your order. Once the package leaves us delivery can take 3-7 days! (Due to a HIGH VOLUME of shipping delays at USPS this is subject to change! We’re giving you an estimate based off our location and reoccuring orders!)

3. What types of shipping does Bratsway offer?
Bratswat currently offers STANDARD 3-4 day shipping! Other shipping methods will be offered soon!

4. Does Bratsway ship worldwide? If so, what's the shipping time frame? Yes, Bratsway does ship worldwide and internationally! Bratsway’s shipping time frame for all international orders is STANDARD shipping which is 7-21 days

5. Does Bratsway ship on weekends?
Yes, Friday and Saturdays are considered weekends for us. We do not ship out orders on Sunday because the post office is closed. If you place an order on Sunday, your order will be fulfilled 3 to 4 days after you’ve placed your order.

6. How do I take care of my lashes?
Keep them inside of your lash case to keep its shape and luster. Take tweezers to the lash band to peel and get rid of excess glue. Use a spoolie to brush them out and keep their style.

7. My package was damaged, what should I do?
Mail carriers such as UPS, USPS, and other mail carriers can be very careless when handling packages. We ask that you check with them because BRATSWAY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOST PACKAGES! All packages are packaged neatly and carefully before being shipped to our loyal customers!

8. What’s the best way to contact the CEO about my order?
Please email us at info@bratsway.com with any order related questions and allow up to 24 hours for a response!

9. What is the refund/return policy?
Due to the nature of the items we sell there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS OF ANY KIND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

10. What forms of payment does Bratsway offer?
We accept credit, debit, PayPal, and other payment options at checkout. Third-party payment options such as Sezzle, Afterpay, and Klarna are NOT offered at this time.

11. I never received my order and it was sent back to Bratsway what do I do?
PLEASE make sure that when you check out you correctly input your address. If your address was incorrectly written, you must then pay a $10 fee for a NEW SHIPPING LABEL, for INTERNATIONAL orders labels are $20, so your package could be shipped back out to you!
